For the merger of two Australian mining houses, Oxiana and Zinifex, we created a brand and campaign befitting what was Australia’s third largest diversified resources enterprise, OZ Minerals.
Most importantly, the strategic process needed to be one that enabled a smooth transition through the highly complex timing legalities and announcement requirements of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Global press, print and digital activity were managed alongside the building of large-scale signage and site branding, plus the roll out of new uniforms and all collateral for 3900 employees. Collateral which had to be completed in four languages, ready and delivered alongside installation of the signage program, in five counties.
And from receiving the brief to global rollout, everything needed to be (and was) completed in four months.
